Why Us
We strive to offer our patients a friendly low volume dental practice. This allows us to focus on delivering high quality patient care. Dr. DeGraff believes in doing the job right the first time and for that reason we focus on one patient at a time.

Dentistry has changed over the years and so have we. Our new focus is on dental implant placement and restoration. We replace missing teeth using implants instead of the bridges or partial dentures that we used to use. We still save and restore natural teeth whenever we can. Our guiding principle is that nobody wants removable teeth so we strive to maintain fixed teeth for life.

We continue to do all the types of dentistry we did in the past. It is just a new commitment to saving fixed dentitions for a life time using implants as our new focus.

Meet Dr. Degraff
Dr. DeGraff was born and raised on Long Island. He graduated from Sayville High School in 1965. His first two years of college were at Farmingdale Agricultural and Technical college and received a two year degree in Engineering Science. Then he went to work for Grumman Aircraft for three years. While at Grumman he went to C.W.Post College at night and found he liked the pure science of physics. Therefore he enrolled in full time college at the SUNY at Binghamton New York where he received a B.S. Physics in 1972. He continued there for three years full time as a graduate physics student. At that time he became interested in dentistry and entered the SUNY at Buffalo Dental school and received a D.D.S. in June of 1979. For four years he practiced dentistry in Albany New York where he finally became tired of the cold winters and wanted a scenic change so he moved to central Florida. He has continued to take continuing dental education continuously each year and took a series of nine courses from the Kois Center of Advanced Dental Studies in Seattle Washington graduating in 2002.

He took three levels of the Pankey Institute of advanced dentistry in Key Biscayne.
He is also a graduate of the Misch Dental Implant institute.
Has taken the soft tissue surgical coarses of Pat Allen in Dallas.
Since he graduated dental school in 1979 he has been in continuous practice and in the same location from 1984.
